The Tamilnadu Health Minister C Vijayabaskar had been updating the coronavirus condition in Tamilnadu, precautionary methods and about the patients. Yesterday, he announced that the first patient in Tamilnadu tested negative after the treatment and was discharged from the hospital. Today, he posted that a 21-year student from Dublin tested positive of Covid19. He has been admitted to Rajiv Gandhi Government Hospital, Chennai. The Minister also informed that the health condition of the patient is stable in isolation.
Here is his tweet: “#coronaupdate: 21 Y student from Dublin,Ireland tested positive for #Covid19. On his arrival on 17.3 @Chennai,he was screened & home quarantined.Y’day18.3 he reported to RGGH with symptoms.Samples sent for testing y’day,confirmed positive today. Pt is stable in isolation at RGGH.” We hope, he will be cured, soon!
