Congress Party leads in Goa and Punjab.
After ten years, Congress forms a government in Punjab. They are leading in 59 places, which is the required minimum.
Hope, the congress people are cherishing it.
In Goa, it leads in six places and BJP is in 3 places.
But it is saddening news for the Congress party, as the Chief Minister candidate, Harish Rawat is facing a setback in both the places he contested in Uttarakhand.
