Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation, which is shortly known as ICAF is a non-profit organization, which conducts the CHENNAI INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL. They screen the world class cinema, every year. Chennai International Film Festival is being held for the past 12 years. This is the 13th year of the festival; the committee members have arranged the festival in a large scale. Due to the heavy torrential rains, the 13th Chennai International Film Festival, which was supposed to be held from 10th December, is getting postponed. The committee members are discussing the date and time of the film festival. They will soon announce the date, time and venue of the film festival. Sivan Kannan is the President of the ICAF and B Ramakrishnan is the Vice President.
