Censor Board Should Be Censored – Bharathiraja

“P Bharathiraja,” the film director cum organizer of Tamizhar Kalai Ilakkiya Panpaatu Peravai slammed the recent release Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuththu. The film, which is addressed as a porn movie, is supposed to spoil the culture, says Bharathiraja. Bharathiraja states that the films that are to be celebrated are thrown away and the films that are to be thrown away are being celebrated. The things that are shown decently are now open to all, slams Bharathiraja. Bharathiraja didn’t mention the name of the film but thrashed the makers and the censor board. He says that if the censor board allows these kinds of films, then the censor board should be censored first. These kinds of films are made to divert the youngsters and spoil the culture, speaks the angry director. Bharathirja also states that the films are not just entertainments but form a part in the lives of the people. So, the makers should try to bring decent films, says Bharathiraja.
