Case On Floor Test Will Be Heard Tomorrow!

On 18th February, “Edappadi K Palaniswami” and team opted for a floor test to prove the majority. When “O Panneerselvam” team and DMK leader, “M K Stalin” insisted for a secret ballot, the speaker didn’t consider their request. As Stalin and team raised their voice, they were expelled from the assembly and the floor test was held. It was announced that EPS won the floor test with 122 MLAs. Following this, Stalin filed a case to cancel the floor test and opted for a retest. As the case is not yet given much importance and had been delayed, Stalin appealed it to the chief justice. Indra Banerji, the Chief Justice permitted to deal the case tomorrow. So, the case has been adjourned to 11th April, tomorrow.
