". The Angadi Theru actress who has been busy working in director Ram's "Peranbu", started working her maiden women critic film simultaneously. Amzath Khan, who was lastly seen in Nayanthara's Maya, is doing love interest to Anjali in the film. Talking about the film, Amzath said "Kaanbathu Poi is a women-centric film, it's about how solid an woman can be, in her hard times. I play the romantic character.
I'm very aware of my roles; I always want to be identified in both antagonist and protagonist roles. It is because viewers admire only if a hero attempts disparate roles. All that I need is to study the character which adds up to my intensity as an actor" he concluded with desire.
