Amala Paul Arrested!

Amala Paul, the popular South Indian actress was arrested by the Crime Branch officers in Kochi. The Crime Branch summoned the actress in the tax evasion case and she had been arrested. The actress was granted an anticipatory bail for the case where she evaded the tax by registering her car in a fake address in Pondicherry. Earlier, the court ordered Amala Paul to execute Rs. 1 lakh bond and appear before the investigation officers when they call her for interrogating the vehicle registration issue. Amala Paul had been maintaining the same statement that she is not guilty. She told that the address, which she has given for registering her car, had been used by her while she had shootings in Pondicherry. She also said that she had rented the house. When the Crime Branch Officers found that Amala has given a false statement, they arrested her. However, she came out on bail. Suresh Gopi and Fahadh Faasil are also stuck in similar cases.
