Chinmayi Sripaada, the voice-over actress and the playback singer came with an allegation that the lyricist “Vairamuthu” is a sexual predator. Following Chinmayi’s allegation, a few more women shared their stories. Stories about Radha Ravi, dance master Kalyan, Ramesh Prabha, John Vijay and some others are also coming to the podium, now. Chinmayi stated about an abroad show, where the torture started. But, the show organizer twists the incidents now. However, Chinmayi’s words have some respect and Samantha Akkineni and Siddharth Suryanarayan supported her. Now, directors CS Amudhan and Rathna Kumar stand by her and they say that a celebrated playback singer and the voice-over artist need not seek any publicity through this and they trust her. Similarly, music director Mohamaad Ghibran supported her and joined the hashtag MeToo movement.
