Aamir Khan Strongly Supports Me Too Movement!

Aamir Khan, who was about to produce a biggie movie “Mogul” has backed out from the project, as it was planned to be directed by Subhash Kapoor, who was alleged for sexual abuse. Subhash said that he respects Aamir’s decision and he will prove his worth in the court. The co-producer of the film, Bhushan Kumar said that Subhash would not direct the film, as a response to Aamir’s statement. Aamir and his wife Kiran Rao jointly issued a statement speaking about the MeToo movement that brought out the sexual misconduct in the industry. Both of them stated that sexual abuse should be stopped and should make the film industry a work-friendly place. They had also discussed with the Producers Guild of India to clean the industry and make it a safer place for women.
