, who was in shooting for his upcoming film, “Soorapadman” in Yercaud forest, heard the news was deeply saddened. He called his friends in Chennai and asked them to take Rangammal to Yercaud. He made her stay with him and provided her a chance to work in his film. Rangammal was happy there for five days. After returning from the shooting, Abi Saravanan went to her house and provided Rs. 10, 000 as an aide. Abi Saravanan saw that Rangammal is suffering badly without the basic needs. So, he brought her a fan and a cot and made her happy.
