Mohanlal is a lead actor in Malayalam cine field. The movie Pulimurugan, starring Mohanlal, has shattered many records. As a matter of fact, the movie, which hit the silver screens on October 7, 2016, is still running in some theaters in Kerala. Nowadays, when the number of releases is on a steep hike, it is very rare to witness Malayalam movies crossing 150 days in theaters. But now, Mohanlal’s Pulimurugan has now proceeded a step further.
The movie is still continuing to perform in two centers, Ernakulam and Calicut. In Ernakulam, the Mohanlal movie is running in the theater Cinepolis whereas, in Calicut, the movie is running in PVS Film City. In a positive development, the movie Pulimurugan will be completing 175 days of run on March 30, 2017. If the movie attains success, it would be a rare feat performed by the movie. The movie has taken Malayalam film industry to another level.
