Malayalam actor Dileep is into the movie Dinkan. The movie happens to be a 3D venture. The movie has been hitting the headlines for numerous reasons. One main reason for the movie to hit headlines was that those who follow Dinkoism were offended by the title. But, the movie makers have decided to stick to the title. The movie will be a directorial debut for K Ramachandra Babu, a cinematographer. Earlier reports claimed that Dileep is to do the role of a magician in the movie.
The movie’s scriptwriter Rafi has asserted that Dileep plays the role of one who wants to be popular, but in the end, he has to nurse his own wounds. The character done by Dileep is that of a magician who wants to impress audience with a big trick, but messes up. How he carries out the corrective measures forms the rest of the movie.
The movie shooting is expected to commence anytime during the last three months of this year. The movie crew is now busily into the pre-production schedules. In a development, Dileep is eagerly waiting for the release of his movies Pinneyum and M Sunderdas.
