Yash Overtakes Ranbir Kapoor!

“Yash,” the Rocking star of Sandalwood has overtaken the record made by Ranbir Kapoor, the Bollywood romantic star. Yash’s Santhu Straight Forward released this Diwali along with Mukunda Murari, “Shivaay” and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Yash – Radhika Pandit starrer has collected a whopping amount of Rs. 13.5 Cr at the box office in the first seven days of release. The producer of the film “K Manju” announced it officially and said that he feels proud that the film has overtaken all the biggie movies. In fact, there was a tough fight between Mukunda Murari featured by “Sudeep” and Upendra Rao and Santhu Straight Forward. Although Ranbir and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer Ae Dil Hai Mushkil collected a record amount all over India, it could not stand against Yash in Karnataka. Manju says that if Santhu has got more theatres, the collection amount would have been unimaginable. He also hopes that the film would create records in the upcoming days.
