The hot couples of Sandalwood fell in love during their TV series days. Initially, Radhika felt that Yash was a reserved guy, who would not make friends with her. During the shooting, Yash and Radhika had a lot of combination scenes. This made them move close. Radhika says that when she had been working on the serial opposite some other actor, the makers felt that their pairing doesn't seem attractive. So, they replaced the actor with Yash. Similarly, another hero was booked to do the lead role in Moggina Manasu and then Yash had been replaced. So, Radhika feels that the makers had loved their pairing. Initially, they had been good friends. When they were friends, Radhika had even told Yash, about the people who proposed her. Later, both of them felt that they couldn’t live with each other.
