Who Is The Producer Of Malashri’s Uppu Huli Khara?

“Uppu Huli Khara” is the upcoming movie of “Malashri” and a set of newcomers. The film has been recently launched with Sudha Murthy, the wife of Infosys founder Narayan Murthy. Now, the film is facing a controversy in the production matter. Earlier, it was thought that the film will be produced by the popular producer K Manju. In the last minute, when Ramesh Reddy gets in as the producer, the confusion started. However, K Manju put an end to the controversy by stating how Malashri landed in the film. Manju contacted Malashri in 2012 and provided her with an advance amount to perform in a film. The film didn’t take off and hence Mala started doing “Garshane.” Manju waited for Malashri and finally got her call sheet in Uppu Huli Khara under Imran Sardaria’s direction. Manju will be paying only the actors and Ramesh Reddy will undertake the production work, clarified Manju. Mala was paid with Rs. 45 Lakhs for two films, says Manju. Mala said that she will not be acting in the movie, if he controls her. However, Manju replied that he will not be controlling her, as he settled her with the full remuneration.
