Veteran Kannada Actor Chetan Ramarao Passes Away!

Chetan Ramarao, the popular character artist in Kannada film industry passed way yesterday night at a private hospital. Chetan Ramarao had been suffering from some health issues and had been getting the treatment. The 76-year-old actor is survived by his wife, three daughters and grandchildren. Chetan Ramarao had been in the film industry for forty years and he had performed more than 350 films. He had shared the screen space with Kannada superstars “Dr.Rajkumar,” “Ambareesh” and “Vishnuvardhan.” His first film, Margadarshi released in the year 1968. Chetan Ramarao had received a lot of awards for his performances including the Rajyotsava Award. Our deepest condolences to his family! May his soul rest in peace!
