The Karnataka elections had brought the controversy. When the Congress and JDS allied and decided to form a government, the BJP had planned something different. They approached the governor and demanded him to invite them to form the government and they will prove the majority in 15 days and the governor approved this and Yeddyurappa became the CM once again. Cases were filed regarding this and the Supreme Court questioned that when the Congress and JDS have the majority, how the governor invited BJP to form the government. The Supreme Court bench also ordered that the BJP should prove the majority, tomorrow by 4 pm. It is to be noted that three Congress MLAs are missing. Already it was said that 2 JDS MLAs were gone missing, as they didn’t attend the JDS party discussion.
