” is gearing up for the sequel to his sensational hit Mungaru Male. “Mungaaru Male 2” will be released on 10th September. The film was supposed to be released on 9th September but due to the Cauvery issue, the film has been postponed. "When we were working on Mungaru Male in 2006, we worked hard to make it a good film. But, we don’t know that it would become a big hit. The death of Devdas, the rabbit that played a significant role in the film, created an impact. The emotions and the music along with the characters connected well with the audiences. After a decade, we have the sequel to it. The screenplay of the sequel is fresh. Our audiences thrive on emotions and that is the success of the film," says Ganesh. Ganesh also says, "In my real life, I am a friendly person. I am an emotional guy and if anyone becomes my friend, I take friendship very seriously. But, if things go wrong, it takes me years to overcome it. There is some similarity between me and my character in Mungaru Male 2."
