Manisha A. Dutt is a successful production designer who has predominantly worked in the Telugu movie industry. Her hit works in the film industry were ‘Hit: The 2nd Case’, ‘Chaavu Kaburu Challaga’ and ‘loser’. She’s also an Art Director, architect, street photographer, writer, and content creator. She is an architect by qualification and has graduated from Jnaufau (Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University). She ventured out into freelancing interior design projects.
Eventually she landed a project as an art director for theatre, which progressed into taking up projects as a set dresser, art director, and production designer for Indian film making. She has worked for over ten different production houses as an HOD. She started a company with two other partners called Yellow Umbrella Entertainment, which is an event management company and has won two consecutive awards at the Times Business Award. She always pushed herself to think out of the box and has worked on thirty ad films, seven web series, six films as a production designer, and nine films as an assistant art director. Designing for filmmaking is her strength.
