Sekhar Chandra a person with a good sense of music. He had imbibed Carnatic Classical Music under the guidance of Muralidhar Acharya. Therefore, he chose music direction as the profession. He is a famous Telugu music director. Sekhar was introduced in the film industry by Ravi Babu.
Chandra's debut Telugu film was Nyapakam during the year 2007, but that didn’t do well. However, his next film Nacchavule gave him the much-needed recognition.Â
