Vinod attended school at the Sri Sarada English Medium School in Palamaner in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh.

He attended college at the Priyadarshini College in the Dhanbad district of Jharkhand. He learned how to play the keyboard and guitar from Raja guru. He commenced his music career by playing the keyboard and guitar at various shows.
