Noor Jahan alias Noor is south Indian model turned TV actress from Muslim family. She is born in interiors of Andhra Pradesh, India but raised in Hyderabad, India. She started her career as an actress with TV serials produced by Ramanaidu ETV channel head. She has been a winner of beauty contests in her college and that encouragement from friends and family had inspired her to pursue acting career as her profession. She worked with many directors and producers who been influenced by her skills and offered her into movies. She was acting in movies as side artiste and been well known to Telugu audience with her charming looks in some movies acting in supportive role as sister or friend to lead role.

Later in her career she has been offered to work with silver screen and made movie with her in lead role. Her debut Telugu film war “Yedalo Cheragani guruthulu” as heroine playing the lead role in the movie with director and male protagonist Akrosh and co-staring with Satish Chandra and Alekhya. She got selected to play the idyllic role of movie star and lover in the movie “Dawood”. She expresses rejoice about playing the role of female protagonist and girlfriend to lead role. This movie is supposed to be mimicking the life story of famous underworld don and criminal Dawood Ibrahim. She later got to act in romantic comedy Telugu movie “Gautham Nilima with tagline as Gautham+nilima=?!” with good response as worth watching movie, she grasped the hearts of young audience.

She has been acting in many serials which of them are , etc. She also been anchoring for events and reality shows on all channels. She also been acting in guest appearances in serials like Meghamala, kumkuma rekha etc. Also seen in role of cousin to rani mrunalini in the serial Anthahpuram aired on ETV.
