Later, she participated in the Miss South India contest in 2010, where she became the second runner-up, also winning titles like Miss Beautiful Skin and Miss Congeniality.

She made her debut in 2011, with the movie, ‘It's My Love Story’ as a heroine, which was directed by Madhura Sreedhar Reddy Madhura Sreedhar Reddy was born and grown in Waran >> Read More... . The movie went on for about 50 days which helped her receive good reviews for her debut performance. She was also nominated for ‘Best Female Debutant’ category at the First South Indian International Movie Awards held in Dubai.

She also acted in a bilingual movie named ‘Made in Vizag’ and ‘Nee Naan Mattum’ in Telugu and Tamil respectively. She has also acted in a few other Telugu movies which are yet to be released. Born on May 19, 1992, in Bangalore, Karnataka, Nikitha Narayan is a Telugu movie performing artist and model. Her dad is into publications field and mother, a qualified interior designer. She has a younger sibling. She finished Bachelor of Management Studies from St. Francis College in Begum pet and apprenticeship at Goldman Sachs as a Business Analyst in Bangalore. Nikitha has worked in Amazon.com and Facebook Company, before taking up modeling and acting as her career. Nikitha started modeling when she was ten years old. She worked with Rajiv Menon, a known director, for a TV ad of Annapurna salt.

Followed by promotions for Fair and Lovely and different brands throughout the following couple of years. She won the 2009 Dabur Miss Fresh Face of Hyderabad, after which she participated in the Miss South India challenge in 2010, procuring the second runner-up alongside a large group of labels like Miss Beautiful Skin and Miss Congeniality. Nikitha represented the Southern area, close by three different models at the Miss Queen of India in 2011. She completed under the Top 5 and won the title of Miss Beautiful Eyes.

Nikitha has additionally done ramp walk for many designers and fashion shows and has worked for brands in different classifications including clothing and jewelry. She entered the movie business after winning the lead part in the Telugu motion picture ‘It's My Love Story’ coordinated by Madhura Sreedhar Reddy in November, 2011. It also was her introduction as a playback vocalist as well. The film ran effectively for more than 50 days crosswise over Andhra Pradesh, and she got great reviews for her performance. Later, she acted for a Telugu film under Bhavya Creations banner titled ‘Race’ which released on 1 March of 2013. Her next film was a bilingual movie named Nee Naan Mattum in Tamil and Made in Vizag in Telugu, a redo of the Marathi motion picture named Mumbai- Pune-Mumbai coordinated by Kanmani. In 2015, She initially acted in a film Ladies and Gentlemen by Manju Nathan in 2015, in which she played character of a homemaker.
