Prateek Payodhi pushed his way into filmmaking with his first short movie, " Ghazal Bio coming soon... >> Read More... ," which had been aired at Cannes Film Festival's Short film corner in 2014. Leading up to that, he had worked as a cinema performer for two years and had performed for national Radio (AIR, BHOPAL) and Television (DOORDARSHAN, BHOPAL) as a child artist for six years in India. For his subsequent short film, "Muktibodh," he contributed as an assistant director, screenwriter, and actor. Muktibodh screened at roughly 13 film festivals throughout the world. His most recent short, "that familiar aroma of tea," offers a personal perspective on romantic loss.
