The film is a cult classic and even got the best child actor award for Kavya Annapareddy. Baladitya was another child actor in the film. It is said that the children's performances were the biggest merit of the movie that made even audience laugh.

Baby Kavvya and Teja formed a duo child team in Telugu industry then and were considered for another project ‘Balu ABCDEFG’ which released in 2005 and was directed by A Karunakaran.

After those three movies, she has never been a part of the Telugu film industry. But the actress was spotted out in public events and caught the audience reaction while her co-child star Baladitya is still around the industry! Kavya has tied the knot with Kushal Hippalgaonkar in a private ceremony in Kerala. Kavya is a doctor right now. She is the daughter of doctor Guruva Reddy and is the niece of Telugu filmmaker Gunnam Gangaraju.

No matter if she’s in the industry or not, Kavya will be always remembered as the sweet angel of Little Soldiers. She was then the sweetheart of Telugu film industry and now sweetheart of her husband Kushal Hippalgaonkar.

In 2014, Kavya was engaged to Kushal Hippalgaonkar in Hyderabad. Kavya, who has since become an associate consultant cardiologist at KIMS Sunshine Hospital, wants to be surrounded by family and friends always.
