Niranjani is a South Indian actress who works the Tamil television serial industry, the Kollywood film industry and the Tollywood film industry. She is also known as Priyamanaval Kavitha for her role in the Tamil series Priyamanaval. Niranjani hails from Dindigul in Tamil Nadu. She did a Visual Communication course from the S. R. M College in Chennai.

Niranjani made her acting debut with the Tamil television series Azhagi directed by C. C. Ravi and produced by Vikatan Televistas Pvt Ltd. The serial aired on the Sun TV channel from 10th October 2011 till 4th March 2016.

Niranjani also acted in the Tamil show called Akka directed by Raghuvasan and V. Chandrasekhar. The soap opera aired on the channel Jaya TV from 15th September 2014 till 9th April 2015. Niranjani came under the spotlight for her role in the soap opera Priyamanaval directed by E. Vikramathithan and T. C. Bala Prasad who wrote the script. She played the role of Kavitha Dileepan. The Tamil series aired on the Sun TV channel on 9th January 2015. Niranjani is also known for her role as the lead character in the horror series called Neeli written and directed by C. Jarrold. She plays the role of Divya, Abi’s mother and Surya’s first wife in the serial. The Tamil soap opera aired on the channel Vijay TV on 12th December 2016. This show is based on the series Neeli which aired on Suvarana TV.

Niranjani appeared on an episode of Celebrity Kitchen which aired on Puthuyugam TV on 22nd November 2015. She also appeared with other actresses from Priyamanaval in Episode 85 of the reality show Super Challenge which aired on Sun TV channels on 9th October 2016.

Niranjani acted in the horror flick February 31 directed by S. S. Prem Kumar. The Kollywood movie hit the silver screens on 15th June 2013. She also acted in the family drama Welcome Obama directed and written by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao. The Telugu film was an adaptation of the Marathi film Mala Ai Vhhayche. The Tollywood flick hit the big screens on 20th September 2013. Niranjani acted in the romance drama flick Yasakhan directed by Thuraivanan. The Tamil feature film hit the cinema halls on 21st March 2014. She also acted in the romantic comedy film Inimey Ippadithan written and directed by Muruganand. She played the role of Maha’s friend in the feature film. The Tamil movie hit the cinema screens on 12th June 2015.
