Km Saravanan

Km Saravanan is a producer, director, and scriptwriter in the Tamil film industry. He did a Bachelor’s in computer science from PGP College of Arts and Science and did Master’s from the University of Madras in electronic media. His career began with Makkal Tv as an Executive Producer, where he managed the channels talk show titled Unmai. He also launched new non-fiction shows titled Vilayadu Vagaisoodu and Konjam Arattai Konjam Settai and directed a telefilm fiction show titled Kathai Solla Porom. He then joined Star Vijay Television private limited as a show director. He did 100 episodes in a fiction series titled Mahaan – Guru Sri Ragavendra and 125 episodes of Mahaan – Shiridi Sai Baba. He also did content and scriptwriting for Special episodes titled Karthiyudan Siruthai Pongal & Saravedi Santhanam, aired on the Star Vijay channel.

In 2012, he joined E Tv and directed a Bi-Weekly horror fiction series, Aathma Kathaigalu. He was also a part of Varam creations, where he did a Tamil feature film titled Irukku Ana Illai, which was worldwide theatrically released on 18th July 2014 and became critically well acclaimed. In 2015, he became the creative head of Movie Clickz. From 2016 to 2022, he was at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, where he did roles of Executive Producer, Senior Executive Producer, and Fiction Lead. While working at Zee Entertainment, he did many works like doing a screenplay for a successful Tamil television series titled Poove Poochudava and the creative management and deliverables of fiction shows titled Sembaruthi, Rettai Roja Rettai Roja is a Tamil serial broadcast on Zee Tam >> Read More... , Oru Oorula Oru Rajakumari 1&2 and, Sathya 2. He is currently working in Disney Star as Lead-Fiction director.
