Praveen Govindraj graduated with a degree in BSc in Visual Communication from Bharathidasan University in 2005. He has worked in the field of post-production for several years. He started his career as an assistant editor at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Ltd. In 2006, he joined Time Frames as an associate editor, where he worked for Tv shows such as Kana Kanum Kalangal, Kutram, Kathayaalla Nijam, and Kathu Karuppu. He later worked as a Director at Mercury Networks for almost three years. He then started working at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited as a director. He became a Senior Executive Producer there in just less than two years. Currently, he works as the Creative Head of Non fiction at Sun TV Network Limited.
