Madhan was born on 11 July, 1947 in Srirangam. He is commonly known as Madhan but his genuine name is “Maadapoosi Krishnaswamy Govinda Kumar” and he is currently living in Chennai. Madhan is a renowned Tamil sketch artist, writer, journalist and film commentator. He has worked for well renowned Ananda Vikatan magazine. He was very closely connected with his co - journalist Sujatha. Despite the fact that his local residence is in Thanjavur yet he was raised in Chennai. He did his education at “Triplicane Hindu School”. After completing his schooling he went to Vivekananda College in Chennai. His career was begun as a sketch artist in the Ananda Vikatan Magazine. He additionally offered an explanation to the inquiries asked by the pursuers in “Hi Madhan” and in “Ananda Vikatan”. In 1999, he secured a project at SUN TV station, in which he answered viewer's inquiries in different fields. He composed the dialog for Anbe Sivam a film released in 2003 which also gave him a short appearance in it. He wrote the famous book “Manithanukkul Mirugum” which became his first publication in the market. He likewise moored a famous film review system named as "Madhan's Thirai Paarvai" in Star Vijay TV. He is presently tying down the film audit system known as "Madhan's Talkies" which aired on Jaya TV. He began his own particular magazine in Tamil - 'Vin Naayagan' in relationship with Salem Vinayaka Mission group. However they ceased the distribution of it inside 12 months of its dispatch. He has additionally composed "Manidhanum Marmangalum" and "Kimu -Kipi". They provide an extensive variety of data about extraordinary forces and the historical backdrop of humanity. He has remained a judge for “Naalaya Iyakunar”. Madhan was expelled from composing in Ananda Vikatan expressing that he carries on professional AIADMK.
