Vishnu Manohar is one of the most famous chefs in the country, and his recipes are widely followed and loved by the people. He is best known for his tasty fusion dishes. He was born on February 18, 1968, in Nagpur, Maharashtra. He is a TV Personality, an entrepreneur, and a brilliant chef. He owns a chain of restaurants in several cities like Nagpur, Pune, Aurangabad, and Thane. Manohar's father was an artist. And he also helped his father with decoration and creative stuff. Being born in Mumbai, he was the ultimate filmy kid. He got utterly inspired by Amitabh Bachchan's film Yaraana. And so, he also wanted to make a big name for himself. He wanted to be someone famous ever since he was a child. In 1998, he got married to his wife, Aparna.

Manohar earlier worked with his father. Once during an event, he was doing his decoration work, and there someone interrupted him and asked him to clean the plates instead. And as he denied it, the man started insulting him. It was one of the turning incidents in Manohar’s life. He realized his passion for cooking at the age of fifteen. He then decided to work hard and open his catering services. He advanced his skills by looking at different cooks, roadside food stalls, food carts, etc. He was so madly passionate about his work that for hours he would look only at the work of those cooks without eating and drinking anything. The passion only has taken him so far. He opened his first restaurant in 2008.

His first two projects were a big failure, but he didn't lose hope and continued his efforts. And since the opening of his first successful restaurant, there is no going back for Vishnu Manohar. In thirteen years, he has opened seven more restaurants, including two in the United States Of America. He also does television cooking shows where he teaches how to make his delicious recipes. He has written more than fifty cookbooks. Some of them are- The secrets of Indian Curry, Sugar Tax, Egg Fund, etc. Not only in the field of cooking, but he also fulfilled the desire of his filmy self by bagging a role in a Marathi film titled Once More "Once More" was a Telugu language TV show. Vishnu works as an Executive Chef and TV anchor, hosting various cooking shows on the Colours channel. He also works as a managing director at Vishnuji Ki Rasoi. Vishnu was also appointed as Director at Manover Hospitality Private Limited. He also set the record by creating 7000 Kgs of Misal at Pune in 2021 and prepared 1100 Kgs of Sabudana Khichadi for the Sai Baba Sai Baba is a Tamil television series.
