Prasad V Kulkarni is a famous Indian chef. Kulkarni completed his secondary studies at PES Modern English Medium School. He pursued his bachelor’s in Vocational Cookery at Maharashtra State Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology. Prasad also completed a higher diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management at Kohinoor International Management Institute. He completed his post-graduation in Hospitality Administration/Management at West London College. Prasad is currently working as the Head of Operations at Kulkarni’s Hospitality Services Private Limited.

Prasad has also worked as a celebrity chef, show host, YouTuber, and visiting professor. He is mainly based in Pune, Maharashtra. Prasad is skilled at managing customer services and its representation, business operations, customer satisfaction, and communication. In the culinary field, Prasad has a working history and experience of over fifteen years. Prasad started his career in 2003 when he started working as a kitchen trainee for the restaurant Le Meridien Hotels and Resorts. He later worked as an Industrial trainee at Groupe Apavou and as Commis Chef at Mimosa Mediterranean Grill Restaurant.

He also ran the Night Bakery at Napket and became the Food Service Supervisor at Crowne Plaza London Docklands. Kulkarni was the celebrity chef, YouTube Channel Host, and Cookery Show Host at Eenadu Digital and Colours TV. He has also written recipes and blogs about food. Prasad has worked with famous Chef Anamika, who has her studio- Home Chef Anamika.

He is licensed with FOSTAC Certification for Food Safety Supervisor – Level 2 by FSSAI, European Culinary Graduate by IMI International Management Institute Switzerland, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Certification for Food Handler – Level 2 by Royal Society for Public Health. Prasad Kulkarni has a restaurant named Foodeshwar. The restaurant currently has at least six outlets. Prasad was awarded the Employee of the Quarter and Runner-up Employee of the Year Award by IHG – Crown Plaza Docklands in the year 2009.
