Varun Inamdar

Varun Inamdar is a Celebrity Chef, YouTuber, author, and Social Media Influencer. He was born and brought up in Mumbai. He completed his schooling from St. Xavier's High School, Vile Parle. From an early age, he was inclined to cooking and food preparation. Taking it forward, he joined the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. During college, he worked as a dishwasher in a nearby restaurant. He tied the knot with Tejashree Rasal.

Over, the years, Inamdar specialized in hot cuisines, pastry, and chocolate.. Soon, he became associated with leading restaurants and hospitality chains such as Oberoi Hotels and Gulf Royalty. He is the representative of India in worldwide forums and workshops. He was also the Mentor-Guest Chef on the popular TV show Master Chef India. In collaboration with Rajshri Entertainment, he hosts a web show called The Bombay Chef. To add laureates to his work, he holds the Guinness World record for making a 3000 pound World's largest Mud Pie.

Inamdar is also a food stylist by profession at Bloomsbury (USA). He also makes videos of this on his YouTube channel. With the collaboration of Chef Vikas Khanna, he has food-styled UTSAV' - A culinary epic of Indian Festivals. He initiated a private gift label company that features Barcode-artisanal chocolates, each celebrating the diversity of 'Incredible India' through 29 flavour bars, symbolizing the 29 states of the country. 2018 Restaurants India and Franchise India honoured him with the Food Stylist of the Year Award. 

He has authored a book called Celebrate Life, Food and Wine. He is also a columnist in the Times of India and Loksatta. Being a Social Media influencer, He is the Ambassador of Eat Right India and Swastha Bharat by Prime Minister of India - Narendra Modi. In 2023, he started a culinary school called Florence Academy Of World Cuisine, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
