Jayan Cherthala is a South Indian film actor and is majorly associated with the Malayalam film industry. He was born on 21 March, 1971, in Cherthala, Alappuzha, Kerala, India. His father, Jayan R. Nair, is a well-known Malayalam dramatist and writer. His name came from his father's name and the village he came from, Cherthala. He married Jaya Sree.
Jayan Cherthala was not just a lead role artist, but also worked as a dubbing artist and side role artist.
