Ronex Xavier is one of the rising makeup artist working in the Malayalam film industry. It has not been much of time that Ronex started working in the industry, but he managed to steal all of his hearts by his makeup skills and techniques. He started with Tv Soaps, and then later, he later worked with the famous makeup artist in the Malayalam industry, Renjith Ambady. While Ronex was working on the sets of The King and the Commissioner, he was offered work for his first debut movie, Jawan of Vellimala. At the time, when Rolex started his career as a makeup artist, there was no such training or school for specialization in the field of makeup. Even though he did especially well in the path of his career, he believes one should do a course and learn its theory as well.

And the result of his tough grind, Rolex Xavier won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Makeup artist. Ronex's work on Jayasurya’s character in the drama movie Njan Mary kutty is receiving a lot of praise and appreciation from everywhere in the industry, and enjoyed by the viewers. The makeup-look in was minimal and elegant, which added to the beauty and grace of the characters. The director of the film, Ranjith Sankar, admitted to the fact that due to Ronex's work, most of their job became easy. Ronex Xavier's inspiration behind considering makeup artist as a career was his uncle, Joseph Sebastian, who was a makeup artist for a very long time in the Malayalam cinema.
