Pappinu is a Malayalam cinematographer who has worked in significant Malayalam films. He was born on 29 June 1985 in Wayanad, Kerala. In 2005, he graduated from Calicut University. After completing his studies, he made his cinematography debut in 2012 with Aneesh Upasana's romance film, Matinee.
After that, his career progressed rapidly, and since then, he has been involved in many big projects. His projects include Prakasan, Hidden In The Lights, Pokkiri Simon: Our Kadutha Aaradhakan, Konthayum Poonulmum. In 2018, he received K.B. Maju on and French Viplavam. His recent project includes his documented film, Papani, which will release in August 2020.
