Milan Sidhartha is an Indian cinematographer and editor who has worked predominantly in Malayalam movies. He was born at Vadakara, Kozhikode, Kerala. His father’s name is Zerobabu who is a painter and a primary school headmaster and his mother’s name is Praseetha who is a Bharatnatyam dancer by profession. He has completed his schooling from Memunda Higher Secondary School, Kerala. Milan’s journey as a cinematographer started when he was 8 years old. He used dolls, puppets, etc to shoot videos.
His short film “Dream 2” was exhibited in “Nizhalattam film festival” at Thiruvananthapuram. He has worked as the director of photography and editor in short film “Mukhamillathavar", which was selected for 22nd All India Children's Educational Audio Video Festival and ICT Mela - 2018 Bhopal. He works in Adayar Film Institute, Film and Television Institute (FTIT) Chennai. He is known for his work in the camera and electrical department of Kerala Crime Files and as an assistant cinematographer for the 2022 Malayalam movie “Etham” directed by Praveen Chandran Moodadi.
