Usha N is the stage name for Haseena Haneef, who has acted in more than 70 movies in the Malayalam film industry. Born to Muhammed Haneef and Hafsa Beevi at Alisherry, Alappuzha, Kerala. Usha had received her primary education from Govt. Muhammedan’s Higher Secondary School. She debuted as a child actor in 1984 in the film Nokkethadhoorathu Kannum Nattu. She is also an enchanting dancer and singer. She first debuted as a heroine in the movie Kandathum Kettathum in 1988. She is married to Nazar Abdul Khader, a businessman in Chennai.
She also appeared in the movie Aattinakare as Sindhu, in the movie Carnival as Vanaja, in the film Kireedam as Latha, in the movie Varnnam as Ammu’s friend, in the film Thoovalsparsham as Indu, in the movie Kottayam Kunjachan as Susie and in many other movies as lead or as a supporting actor. She has also worked in television series like Kooman Kolli, Krishnathulasi, Nandhanam, and many others. She has also been an anchor for a program named Business Talks in Kerala Vision.
