RajaShankar was an Indian actor, born on 18 August 1931 in Madhugiri, Karnataka. He had been part of more than 40 movies which includes Abba Aa Hudugi (1959), Hoobisilu, Malli Maduve, etc. His first movie was Abba Aa Hudugi, directed by H.L.N. Sinha and released in 1959. He was married to B.R. Shantha Kumari and had five children. His youngest daughter Chaya contested in the 17th Lok Sabha election. A playground and a park in Malleswaram, Bangalore, is named after him. Among the other movies, his role in Sri Srinivaasa Kalyana (1974) and Bahadur Gandu (1976) are most appreciated by people.
