Sancheeta Bose

Sancheeta Bose is a screenplay writer and creative director with more than two decades of expertise in writing and producing audiovisual material. She has led channels as the Fiction and Scripts Head, pushing the channel's content and increasing the TRPs. As a freelancer, Sancheeta had worked with all the major networks, including Star Plus, Colors, Zee, and Sony, and is presently working on the script for Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki (Colors TV). She attended St. Joseph's Convent High School from 1986 to 1995 and graduated from Patna Women's College, Patna University, with a degree in Media Studies with an Advertising major from 1997 to 2000. She then went on to Xavier Institute of Communication in Mumbai to pursue a PG Diploma in Advertising & Marketing.

She is currently based in Maharasthra, Mumbai. She began her career as a copywriter at advertising agencies (2000-2001). She then worked as Director & Script Head for B4U TV Network - Music & Movies, where she directed two of B4U Music's vignettes, Purple and Travelogue. As Head of Scripts, she oversaw writing and managing B4U Music and Movies' shows. She has worked in several Indian television shows, including Banoo Main Teri Dulhann, Rakhi, Saath Saath, Sujata, CID, Meri Doli Tere Angna, Maa, Ek Thi Rajkumari Ek Thi Rajkumari is a light-hearted drama that air >> Read More... , Wo Hue Na Humaare, Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahiin to Hoga, Kesar, Tumhaari Disha, Kumkum Pyara sa bandhan, Sapne Suhaane Ladakpan Ke, Sapne Suhaane Ladakpan Ke, Sapne Suhaane Ladakpan Ke, Sapne Suhaane Ladakpan Ke, Preeto, Ram Milaye Jodi, Adaalat, and many other shows. She wrote the entertainment acts for the Pravasi Bhartiya Diwas 2006 in Hyderabad in January 2006.
