Pandit Wamanrao Sadolikar is an Indian Vocalist. Wamanrao was born on the 16th of September in the year 1907. He is from Kolhapur, Maharashtra. His family loved music. They encouraged him to learn music. He learned classical music under Pt. P. V. D. Paluskar. He has a brother named Madhukar Sadolikar. Wamanrao was a vocalist in Jaipur-Atrauli Gharana.
The troupe was founded by his guru Ustad Alladiya Khan. He was an actor-singer in Marathi Natya Sangeet. He also composed music for a few Theatre plays. And he also directed a few plays over there. Wamanrao also made a few appearances in films.Â
