Tina Dutta is an Indian actress, who is best-known for her roles as Ichcha and Meethi in ‘ Uttaran’, the soap opera that aired on Colors TV. She was born in Kolkata, West Bengal, on 27th November 1986, and began her career in acting at the young age of 5. When she was 16, she played a role in the Bengali movie, ‘Chokher Bali’, which also featured Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. She also starred in the Bollywood movie, ‘ Parineeta’ (2005), where she portrayed the teenager, Lolita.

She shot to fame as Ichcha, one of the lead characters of the hit serial 'Uttaran'. She currently played the role of Meethi, Ichcha's daughter. Although she was a contestant on Sony TV's Comedy Circus 3 Ka Tadka, and also played a minor role in ‘ Koi Aane Ko Hai’, a horror show on Colors TV, she has focused her time and effort on Uttaran since December 2008. She loved being a part of it and wished it would go on for another five years.

Tina is strong-minded and blunt at times, which she feels may be mistaken for being arrogant. She values her privacy a lot and gets easily upset with rumors about her personal life. Hema Singh is an Indian television actress famous for her portrayal of Imarti Shrivastav, the lead character in Kairi – Rishta Khatta Meetha, a soap opera that was aired on Colors TV in 2012. She played the role of a dominating mother-in-law, who is a single mother and the head of the family, used an authoritarian style of holding the family together. Born in Lucknow and brought up in Kanpur. She’s the daughter of the renowned Hindi poet Raghuvir Sahay. Her mother is a well-read musician and she has three sisters. She was very naughty as a child and loved climbing trees and eating golgappas and kachoris. Coming from a literary background, she always wanted to be an actor. She would get neighbours together to put up plays even as a youngster and she performed for the first time when she was only 11 years old.
