Adnan Jp gains most of the reputation that he owns today from his role as ‘Jaggu’ in the television series named –‘Shaklaka Boom Boom’. The show was highly popular during its prime time and had captured the interests of children and adults alike, for several decades. The pencil in the story was designed in an artistic manner, complete with a small head and a smile- it could make anything that is drawn with it to magically appear on the surface on which the drawing is made.

Adnan played the character of Jaggu, who was a kid belonging to Sanju’s gang of four to five friends. The task of playing Jaggu was a bit challenging when compared to the rest of the characters since Jaggu has a tendency to be scared of everything and anything around him. He is always in a state of perpetual nervousness and lacks self-confidence. Jaggu is often a liability for his friends who frequently get engaged in dangerous adventures. Adnan well portrayed the character of Jaggu, and there were no serious flaws in his performance. To perform a character so different from oneself in the most convincing manner, at such a young age, showed that Adnan had talent. Various television serial makers recognised his talent, and they cast him in supporting roles in their serials.

Another noted performance of his, apart from the one in ‘ Shakalaka Boom Boom Shakalaka Boom Boom is the Tamil dubbed version of >> Read More... ’ was in a similarly themed show names ‘Sharaarat’, which was a tale of three women in a household who possess magical talents. Adnan was a supporting cast in the series and acted as a witness to the comical events that unfolded due to the women’s inability to control their powers. The show was aired in several channels much like his previous show. Even though he only acted in a handful of TV shows, his fame can be attributed to the fact that his shows were associated with the Star Network, who have a wide network of TV channels in many states.

Thus, his shows got translated, dubbed and telecasted in several languages across India, resulting in a large viewership. Adnan has not continued acting after his childhood days, but works in a related industry, in an ad-agency in Dubai.
