He also showed up in numerous TV ads and has worked in a couple of print shoots. Abbasi was born on 30 June, Lucknow, U.P. He went to Christian Primary School and graduated from the University of Lucknow. His father is Anseu Ahmad Abbasi, and mother is Sameena Abbasi. He has three siblings – Ehsan Abbasi, Ahmed Abbasi & Sana Fatima Ahmed.

Abbasi has a lot of interest in acting since his childhood. He used to watch movies with his uncle and set his heart on to become an actor. He is into singing & playing cricket. He played for the under -19 cricket team, after practicing at KD Singh Babu Stadium and different parks around with his friends. Later, he gave up on playing cricket when he met with an accident, realizing there is no scope in it. Being a fitness enthusiast, he once planned to open a gym, but finally decided to try his luck in modeling after one of his friends accompanied him to a modeling rose at the age of 18. In 2007, he started working as a model, participated, and attained the ‘Mr. Lucknow’ (2008), and ‘Mr. Uttar Pradesh’ (2010) competitions. He even won a few pageants.

In 2010, he moved to Mumbai, where his journey as an actor began. In 2011, Abbasi served as an assistant casting director for two years and did auditions. He appeared in nine different shows with Zishaan Khan (Indian Actor) during the same year. In 2016, he got an offer for ‘Suhani Si Ek Ladki,’ where he played a negative role.
