Prasanth karuthadathkuni was born on 24th June 1997 in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. He is a professional Indian footballer. He preferably plays as Midfielder, attacking midfielder, a defensive midfielder. He started his career as a runner. Prasanth also won a bronze medal in his state meet in Kerala. In the year 2008, he began playing football. He was also in the team of under 14 trials at the state level in the year 2010. Then he appeared in the selection series in the Regional academy if AIFF in May 2012. He then was seen in the south zone in the under-16 championship. He has also been engaged with the DSK Shivajians academy.
Later he joined Kerala blasters, the regional academy of AIFF Elite Academy for almost four years. In the year 2016, he joined the blasters in the Indian Super League. Prasanth started to play in the I-league for Chennai city against the team of Bengaluru FC. He then played a match and lost it by 2-0. He made his first professional goal on 12th March in the year 2017. He played against East Bengal. Then while playing, in his 92nd minute, making a goal turned out to be the winning shot for Chennai city and defeated east Bengal by 2-1. In the year 2018, he has been seen in the Hero Super Cup, on 6th April.
While he was playing the cup in 2018, he made a goal in his 48th minute of the game and which turned out to be a losing match by 2-3 against Neroca FC. Prasanth represented India at the international level in the under-19 group. He remained in Kerala Blasters for his next two sessions which were, 2017-18 and 2018-19. He made a total of twenty-three appearances in the Kerala blasters but scored just a goal. Being in the Chennai city team, he made ten more appearances with a goal. In total, he was seen on 33 matches nationally or state-wise and scored two goals which also comes under his achievement.
