Moirangthem Loken Meitei is an Indian footballer, who was born on May 4th, 1997. He is a professional football player and plays as a midfielder in the Indian Super League for the franchise Kerala Blasters. Meitei began his sports career with the youth event at Royal Wahingdoh. Later, he joined Shillong’s first Division side Shillong United in the 2014 season on loan.
He started his professional career in the I-league for Royal Wahingdoh on January 27th, 2015 against Bharat FC. Meitei came as a 93rd-minute substitute player for Royal Wahingdoh’s Bekay Bewar and they won 2–1. On July 23rd, 2017, Loken got selected in the 13th turn of the 2017–18 Indian Super League Players Draft via the franchise Kerala Blasters for the 2017–18 ISL (Indian Super League season). Loken started his career for the franchise on December 9th, 2017 against Goa. Meitei began and played 62 minutes as his team, Kerala Blasters lost 5–2.
