Leon Augustine is an Indian professional footballer. He was born on 2nd October 1998 in Calicut, India. Leo completed his schooling from St. Joseph's Boys Higher Secondary School. For his further studies, he went to Devagiri College, Kozhikode. Leon’s dad had been in the Santosh Trophy camp some years back but never got the chance to play for Kerala. He knows Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and English language.
Leon Augustine plays as a striker for Bengaluru FC. He is a former forward at Universal Soccer Academy. He played as an attacking midfielder for Bengaluru FC in the year 2019. Leon Augustine made his professional debut for the senior side in the AFC Cup against Abahani Limited Dhaka, dated 14 March 2018,as he came off the bench in the second half of the match which Bengaluru FC won by 1-0.
