Seriton Fernandes is an Indian professional football player, who plays as a defender for FC Goa in the Indian Super League (ISL). Born in Goa, Seriton made his debut with the Dempo youth set-up. After releasing from Dempo, he played with Laxmi Prasad and Churchil Brothers in the Goa Professional League.
 Before the 2015–16 I-League season, Seriton loaned to Sporting Goa. He started his professional career for the club on February 6th, 2016 against Bengaluru FC. He started the match and played for about 70 minutes as Sporting Goa won the match 2–1.
On July 8th, 2016, it was announced that Seriton had signed permanently with Sporting Goa from Churchil Brothers. Seriton was then selected by Derick Pereira to play with FC Goa in the 2017-18 Indian Super League season.
He faced many difficulties in adjusting with the Sergio Rodriguez Tiki-Taka system initially, but later seriton coped up and emerged as one of the most talented right back in the country. During the 2018-19 Indian Super League season, Seriton was a regular member of the FC Goa and starts 11 in every match.
He is known for his attacking playstyle, hard-tackling defending and accurate passes. He scored his first goal for FC Goa against Chennai FC in the Super Cup 2019. Seriton was among the core members in the defense of FC Goa throughout the season. He is one of the most underrated defenders of India. Seriton is yet to capped for the Indian national team.
