Varinder Vizz

He has performed more than five hundred live shows in India and abroad. Varinder is the son of the poet and lyricist Paramjeet Singh Sajan. He attended school at the Guru Harikrishan Public School in New Delhi. He was passionate about singing since childhood and entered various singing competitions at school.

He trained in singing from late Pandit Manmohan Sharma for fifteen years in classical, semi-classical and light music. After that, he shifted from Delhi to Mumbai in hopes of making it big as a singer. Varinder struggled for some time before his talent was recognized. The Universal Music company launched his first album Desi No. 1 in 2003.

His album was also launched in the United Kingdom under the record label Kamlee Records Limited. The song Sun Soniye Nibhava was the most popular song from the album. The song’s music video was directed by Sumit Dutt and launched on 19th August 2003. The album also included the songs Pet Ute Peg, Dholna, Dul Dul Jaye Jawani, Nando, Mohabbat, Le Le Dil, Watan and Ankhiyan Churan Na. He then launched V-Style album. He then launched a devotional song Ao Dekhava in the honour of the tenth Guru Gurugobind Singh. He launched his music video Thumak Thumak from his album V-Style. Varinder performed live at the Rashtrapati Bahvan on 21st September 2009 and met the then President APJ Abdul Kalam.

Virendar gave an interview on an episode of the Evening Live Show which aired on 5th May 2010 on the DD National Delhi channel. He appeared on the same show again on 29th December 2010. Varinder made his debut as a music composer alongside Sunjoy Basu in the Bollywood film industry with the Hindi film Club Dancer directed by B. Prasad. The feature film hit the cinema halls on 8th April 2016. He sang the songs the item song Pee Dala Maine and wedding song Tere Roop Da Nazaar alongside Sunidhi Chauhan Sunidhi Chauhan, a very famous Indian playback sin >> Read More... . He appeared in the item number alongside Hollywood actress Judi Showin. He won a Sardar Patel Sadbhavana Award as a singer and actor. Varinder is set to star in an upcoming Punjabi film.
