Chetan Rana

Chetan Rana is an acclaimed singer in Hindi music industry. Because of his passion towards singing and music Chetan learned it from his childhood. Whenever he listened to a song on the radio, Chetan automatically starts humming the song. During his school days, once he was caught by his teacher while he was humming a tune and Chetan got so scared that he would be punished because of his singing. Rather he was asked to sing songs whenever there was a free period, Chetan happily used to sing for everyone and entertain the school.

During his childhood, he sang the song “meri Lottery” from the movie Holi Ayee Re which was the legendary singer Kishore Kumar’s song. And he was sweetly called a Meri Lottery in his school. By 1984 while Chetan Rana he started working in Canara Bank. During the anniversaries and any company functions Chetan and mesmerize everyone with his singing. Because of his wonderful voice and melodious singing, all his friends and family encouraged him to choose singing as his career.

In 1991, Chetan Rana was invited by a music band to sing along with them during Ganesh Chaturthi. K for Kishore is a music reality show airs on Sony channel, and Chetan Rana participated in the show in 2009. He represented the team Bangdoos in this show and stood as the second runner-up. Though he did not win in the show Chetan Rana became so popular and famous through his singing. He made nationwide fans that died to hear his songs. During his participation in the show, Chetan had won so many rewards.
