Bela Shende is an Indian singer who was born in Pune, Maharashtra, India. She is well known mostly for her charismatic personality and beautiful voice. Shende came from a family with musical background as her grandmother, Smt. She has sung numerous songs, and many of them have been featured in various films. In 2013, Shende was indirectly featured in "Rajjo", a musical drama, as Kangana Ranaut's sole voice. Furthermore, she acquired the Best Female Playback Singer National Award through her rendition of "Khurkhura", a song in another Marathi film. She then claimed that she felt really blessed because the award was something that every artist wanted to achieve. She also added that it was a dream that became a reality.

In this year, she recorded the song "Masoli", which was released on January 9th. Currently, she is singing at concerts and keeping in touch with her fans via her Facebook page.
